It comprehensively corresponds to difficult-to-cut materials and high-speed processing, demonstrating heavy cutting processing capabilities.It combines high speed, high torque, high removal rate efficiency and achieves stable high-precision processing. MV235P, with a large-diameter screw. The Y-axis four-line guide adopts an integrated base. The unique design of the column shoulder ensures that the load of the tool magazine does not cause deformation of the column. The six chip rolling screws inside the machine are combined with an external lifting chip conveyor design to achieve high-efficiency chip removal performance and can be optionally equipped with a filter bag machine.

MF400/MF500

The high-performance MF series multi-faceted / 5-axis vertical machining centers are suitable for small and medium-sized complex high-quality parts and are mainly used in aerospace, automotive, medical, and mold applications. From rough machining to fine machining, the MF series reduces the workpiece setup time and overall processing time, while improving processing quality and accuracy. The rotary worktable features a high-precision and high-rigidity structure with a strong clamping force. The independent slide mechanism is symmetrically designed with the rotary table, providing better stability. At the same time, it avoids the situation where a dual-axis rotating table is placed on the general vertical three-axis machine tool worktable, which would result in an excessively short Z-axis travel, and it also limits the defects of the processing objects for the customers.The design of the MF series is easy to operate, and even beginners without experience in multi-faceted / 5-axis processing can easily get started.

MF700

The MF700 adopts a moving column C-shaped structure with a design of three overlapping axes and two separated rotating axes. Compared with the "actual" strength of the same configuration on the market, it is further optimized by FEM to produce products that meet the rigidity requirements of Taiwan Quaser Maching Center. The three axes are isolated from the cutting zone to avoid cutting contamination and facilitate maintenance and repair.

UX500/UX500APC

The UX500 features high rigidity, high precision and high efficiency, and also has the advantages of simple operation and high floor efficiency. The symmetrical design ensures the rigidity of the machine tool, thereby achieving better damping performance and lower thermal displacement. TC Series Slant Bed CNC Lathes

The TC series slant-bed CNC lathes, produced by our company, are high-precision two-axis linkage and five-axis four-linkage semi-closed loop CNC lathes and turning-milling machines. The machine castings are of high-quality (HT300), with 30° or 45° inclined bed design and integrated casting, featuring high rigidity. The saddle and tailstock sliding bodies are both linear guides, with low friction coefficient and good dynamic characteristics. The control systems adopt Mitsubishi M80LA, FANUC, Siemens, Guangzhou CNC, etc. and AC servo drives, which are convenient to operate and reliable in operation. VMC Series Vertical Machining Center

CK Series Flat Bed CNC Lathes

The CK series flat-bed CNC lathes are CNC horizontal lathes controlled by two coordinates, namely the longitudinal (Z) and the transverse (X).It is capable of conducting turning operations for metric straight threads, end face threads, imperial straight threads, and taper threads. C Series Conventional Lathes

The C series conventional lathes can turn the outer circle, inner hole and face of the parts. It can drill holes, ream holes and pull oil grooves. Various metric, imperial, module and diametral pitch threads can be processed. If users place special orders, circular pitch threads can also be processed. Materials such as steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and non-metals can be machined. This lathe is particularly applicable to processing workshops with small batch production and mechanical repair workshops, etc. The dimensional accuracy of the machined parts can reach IT7 grade, and the surface roughness can reach 1.6 grade.
