MF700

The MF700 adopts a moving column C-shaped structure with a design of three overlapping axes and two separated rotating axes. Compared with the "actual" strength of the same configuration on the market, it is further optimized by FEM to produce products that meet the rigidity requirements of Taiwan Quaser Maching Center. The three axes are isolated from the cutting zone to avoid cutting contamination and facilitate maintenance and repair.

The MF700 adopts a moving column C-shaped structure with a design of three overlapping axes and two separated rotating axes. Compared with the "actual" strength of the same configuration on the market, it is further optimized by FEM to produce products that meet the rigidity requirements of Taiwan Quaser Maching Center. The three axes are isolated from the cutting zone to avoid cutting contamination and facilitate maintenance and repair.
The linear shaft cross-shaped design, supported by wide-span columns and large-sized sliders, ensures excellent stability during high-speed cutting. The wall-mounted rotary table can embed the inclined axis into the machine tool, which can make the machine tool occupy a small area, be compact, and have a large processing area, providing the best utilization of space and the proximity of the processing area. The double-sided supported inclined shaft can enhance the load-bearing capacity. The rotary table can carry workpieces weighing up to 500kg, with the maximum workpiece diameter reaching 700mm and the height 500mm, which is conducive to the processing and application of various types of workpieces. The standard configuration of the rotary table adopts worm gear and worm as well as a wring-around brake design, featuring high rigidity, high torque and high locking force. In the future, the rotary table can be upgraded to a dual-motor system to provide higher speed and precision performance, further meeting the processing requirements of the aerospace industry. The bidirectional door opening design facilitates the operator's observation and operation. An automatic door can be optionally equipped to meet the requirements of production automation. The chip removal system is of direct chip falling type. The chips are directly discharged by the high-efficiency chip conveyor under the machine, which can quickly and in large quantities, saving the maintenance time of the machine tool.
