The UX630 has a B-axis +/- 120 degrees and an X-axis 900mm processing stroke, which conforms to the true diversity and flexibility of five-axis processing. The position of the centralized lubrication and air compressor distribution plate is convenient for the regular maintenance and upkeep of the machine
The chip removal system is of direct chip falling type. The chips are directly discharged by the high-efficiency chip conveyor under the machine, which can quickly and in large quantities, saving the maintenance time of the machine tool. The UX630APC machine can handle workpieces weighing up to 500kg at most, with a maximum turning diameter of 630mm and a height of 480mm, which can meet the processing requirements of medium-sized workpieces. The ergonomic design enables the operator to get closer to the target object when adjusting the tool and measuring the precision of the processed object. Moreover, combined with the APC exchange dial system, it significantly reduces the machine's downtime. Due to the high-precision requirements for complex workpieces in the aerospace and automotive industries, the UX630, when paired with APC's five-axis machining center, enables customers to select a machine of a more suitable size based on their processing needs. Moreover, it offers a 45% increase in X-axis travel compared to other single-arm cradle five-axis machines, providing a larger processing space.
