1. Anyone who purchases and uses the goods sold by our company, if goods do not meet the factory standards or malfunction within the warranty period (the responsibility of the supplier), we will offer free on-site after-sales services.

2. Upon receiving the service demands raised by customers, our company will respond within 24 hours and schedule the time for service personnel to visit.

3. After the service personnel arrive at the scene, if no component replacement is required, the malfunction should be resolved at one time. For problems that cannot be resolved immediately, the service personnel should explain the solution and the estimated resolution time to the customer before leaving.

4. In case of malfunctions caused by improper use by the customer within the warranty period, after the repair, we will charge the material cost.

5. When providing services to customers, service personnel are not permitted to make any unreasonable requests to customers or solicit any treatment or property for any reason.
