HX404

The large Z-axis span of HX404 can handle higher workpieces, providing corresponding machine rigidity and enhancing processing stability. Combined with the in-machine flushing and internal and external chip removal systems, it can quickly remove the chips inside the machine. TC Series Slant Bed CNC Lathes

The TC series slant-bed CNC lathes, produced by our company, are high-precision two-axis linkage and five-axis four-linkage semi-closed loop CNC lathes and turning-milling machines. The machine castings are of high-quality (HT300), with 30° or 45° inclined bed design and integrated casting, featuring high rigidity. The saddle and tailstock sliding bodies are both linear guides, with low friction coefficient and good dynamic characteristics. The control systems adopt Mitsubishi M80LA, FANUC, Siemens, Guangzhou CNC, etc. and AC servo drives, which are convenient to operate and reliable in operation. The spindle is equipped with a main motor of high power, high torque and high rotational speed. VMC Series Vertical Machining Center

The +VMC series vertical machining centers boast a distinctive high-speed linear guide rail design. CK Series Flat Bed CNC Lathes

The CK series flat-bed CNC lathes are CNC horizontal lathes controlled by two coordinates, namely the longitudinal (Z) and the transverse (X).It is capable of conducting turning operations for metric straight threads, end face threads, imperial straight threads, and taper threads. These lathes can automatically accomplish the cutting processes of inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end faces, grooving, and chamfering for various shaft and disc components. C Series Conventional Lathes

The C series conventional lathes can turn the outer circle, inner hole and face of the parts. It can drill holes, ream holes and pull oil grooves. Various metric, imperial, module and diametral pitch threads can be processed. If users place special orders, circular pitch threads can also be processed. Materials such as steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and non-metals can be machined. This lathe is particularly applicable to processing workshops with small batch production and mechanical repair workshops, etc. The dimensional accuracy of the machined parts can reach IT7 grade, and the surface roughness can reach 1.6 grade.
